Hazel Green Academy is in the process of being renovated. There are new improvements every day. These low rates reflect the fact that we are not yet restored to full potential. You may encounter some slight inconveniences. We do believe that even at this stage Hazel Green Academy is not only a bargain but a wonderful place for your organization’s activities.
The following are our current rates. If you are a non-profit service organization please let us know.
Theater/Auditorium – $150.00 per day. The theater has a raised stage suitable for concerts and performances and seats 230 people.
Administration Building – $150.00 per day. The Administration Building has 10 classrooms suitable for meetings and workshops. Or, individual rooms are available for $35.00 per day.
The Dorm rooms are available for $12.50 per person, double occupancy. This service is offered if your group’s activity needs overnight accommodation at HGA. Please note that this is a dormitory setting.
Family Reunions – $100 per day. This includes use of the outdoor space, cafeteria and gym.
The Gym is available for use by groups and organizations for $10 per hour. You are responsible for your own insurance. We are not responsible for accidents.
Professional Development Services for Teachers:
“C.R.E.A.T.E.” – $2,200.00 This workshop is conducted at your site. Please see our “Education” web page for more information.

There is a $50.00 advance deposit on all service fees over $100.00. Your group is responsible for leaving the space as clean as you found it. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be assessed. You are responsible for your own insurance. We are not responsible for accidents.
